QCI Power–PM Start-Up Costs
The total start-up investment for launching a QCI-Powered PM Division includes essential operational resources such as branding materials, website and communication systems, a dedicated computer, workspace, DoorLoop software, and a full 12-month marketing budget ($36,000)—totaling $54,800. These are standard business infrastructure costs fully controlled by the brokerage.
Given the central role marketing plays in attracting property owners, establishing brand presence, and accelerating early portfolio growth, roughly 61% of the overall investment is allocated to the marketing campaign. This allocation reflects its importance as the primary engine of expansion during the first year.
Separately, QCI provides the complete licensing, deployment, and back-end system installation for a flat $12,000 fee, equivalent to $1,000 per month. Together, these components create a fully operational, scalable property management division ready to serve investors and grow under your brand.
