Powered by QCI” means your brokerage or MEGA Team operates a fully branded property management division—under your name, with your reputation, and your pricing—while QCI installs, powers, and supports the operational infrastructure behind the scenes. You retain full ownership of your clients, your systems, and your revenue. QCI simply provides the engine.

What level of involvement does our brokerage need to provide?

Very minimal. You provide:

A Designated Property Manager

Your branding assets

Access to your team for cross-selling alignment

QCI handles all back-end systems, training, marketing setup, call center coordination, and workflow implementation. Your DPM handles the day-to-day operations using systems we installed and trained them on.

What happens if we end our agreement with QCI?

Nothing breaks. Nothing stops.
Upon termination or non-renewal, you retain:

Your DoorLoop account

Your Call Center account

Your website and marketing systems

All workflows, templates, and operational structures

Your PM division continues seamlessly—just without QCI’s ongoing support.

How does QCI help us attract new investor clients?

How do I know QCI Power–PM won’t also partner with a competitor in my market?

When we partner with a brokerage or MEGA Team, we treat that relationship as a strategic alliance — not a vendor agreement. To protect your brand and your investment, we guarantee territory exclusivity within your market.
That means we will not offer Power–PM to another brokerage, team, or QCI franchise within a standard 30-mile radius of your PM division’s location.

How fast can we launch our property management division?

Our system is designed for full deployment in just two weeks. This includes: DPM onboarding

Does QCI take a percentage of our revenue?
